Who We Help

You don't have to keep white-knuckling it.

Maybe part of you knows something needs to change — but another part feels stuck, tired, or unsure where to start. That's a normal place to begin. We work with teens (15+) and adults navigating:

01

Anxiety & Overwhelm

Racing thoughts, chronic worry, and a nervous system stuck "on" — we help you find the off switch.

02

Trauma & PTSD

When past experiences still shape how you feel and react today, brain-based work helps you finally process it.

03

Life Transitions

New chapters — career, relationships, loss, identity — that leave you feeling unmoored and need real support.

04

Depression & Low Mood

Practical tools to rebuild motivation, connection, and a sense of self, at a pace that respects where you are.

05

Relationship Struggles

Patterns in how you connect, communicate, or attach — understood and gently reworked.

06

Grief & Loss

Space to feel what you feel, without a timeline, and support finding your footing again.

Our Approach

Rooted in the brain, not just the conversation.

Talk therapy alone doesn't always reach where trauma lives. We take an integrative, brain-based approach — pairing traditional talk therapy with modalities that work directly with the nervous system, so you don't just understand your patterns, you actually shift them.

Every plan is built around you: your history, your pace, and what "living well" actually means for your life.

Common Questions

Before you reach out.

What is Brainspotting, and how is it different from talk therapy?

We work as an out-of-network provider and give you a detailed superbill after each session so you can seek reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier.

Do you offer telehealth across all of New Jersey?

Yes. Alongside in-person sessions in Tinton Falls, we offer secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy for clients anywhere in New Jersey.
